The 2009 One was technically the same design as the 2008, but with embroidered paws. There was two versions, one with numbers on the collar while the other one didn't have that.
This version had embroidered orange hearts on the belly and multicolor lights. This one also had a newly added button about...emotions! Some have printed paws, and some have embroidered.
The 2014 one has an embroidered "Leapfrog" on the ear. It uses a headphone jack instead of a tiny USB to connect to your device. This version has a bigger library of songs. This one is personalized through this!
Added touch sensors and paw patterns. Redid instrumentals. +1 new song.
